major module upgrade

- cash on delivery fee can be set exactly in the same way as carrier fee: per carrier, zone and price or weight range

- COD can be dissalowed in selected categories

- carrier fee shown in the cart block at the order validation page includes COD (if applicable) .... no more discreppancies

- it is possible to display detailed information at the penultimate order page (validation) or skip this page completely

30.10.2013 permenant relation to carrier. When carrier is edited in Prestashop, a new ID will be assigned to this carrier. Module will be automatically bound to this ID, there is no need to change the settings.

2013-06-25  fee is included in the shipping taxes breakdown (PDF invoice). Please enter the fee including tax, if any.
